    Rim-Drive Rotary

    For engraving items that accommodate different part sizes. Epilog’s Rim-style rotary attachment will ensure all of your parts receive a professional mark that meets the highest standards. Great for marking cylindrical items, place your item on the two rim-style wheels and start engraving. Designed for usability, you can switch from item to the next in seconds. the attachment easily adjusts for different lengths and will even rotate cylinders that have different diameters on each end.

    3-Jaw Chuck Rotary Attachment

    Easily engrave cylindrical shaped items. When you’re looking for highly-accurate marking of cylindrical parts, the 3-Jaw Chuck is the ideal choice. The Rotary Attachment is an indispensable tool that allows designers and manufacturers to mark cylindrical parts, pieces, and components more conveniently than ever before. Fully programmable for a wide variety of diameters, the 3-Jaw Chuck can accommodate a significant range of material sizes. Additionally, the available tail-stock support fixture ensures correct focus on longer items.

    Optional Lenses

    FiberMark 24 comes with a standard 3″ focus lens. This will suffice for most metal/plastic marking application. However, users will find some applications require our more specialized lenses.

    1.5″ Lens (FiberMark 24):

    • Provides an additional 1.5″ of z-axis clearance for both engraving flat stock and for rotary use.
    • 1.5″ lens also has a smaller spot size and provides excellently detailed engraving for smaller text and artwork.

    5.5″ Lens (FiberMark 24):

    • Offers more depth of field than our standard lens on the fiber systems. Amount of depth of field will vary depending on the material, wattage and type of mark desired.
    • Provides consistent engraving/marking on curved surfaces or slightly bowed surfaces.
    • Excellent for engraving on the inside/bottom surface of an item (bowl, box, tooling).

      High-Speed Parts Marking

      By directing the laser beam through a series of mirrors, the FiberMark laser system has been designed to engrave a large work area of 24″ x 12″ (609 x 305 mm).

      Networking Choices

      Epilog’s Quick Connect™ system gives you the most connection options of any laser system. Choose either a high-speed 10 Base T Ethernet connection or connect the laser to your computer using a USB cable.

      Non-Contact Marking

      Since nothing is touching the part, the integrity of the part being marked in never compromised. There are no expensive bits or tools that will wear down and need replacing.

      Etch, Polish & Anneal with One System

      There are many different finished looks the FiberMark Laser System is capable of achieving by simply adjusting the speed, power, frequency and focus settings of the systems.

      Colour Mapping

      Colour Mapping allows you to assign different speed, power and frequency settings to different colours in your design. There there’s no need to run separate jobs on one project.

      Wide Material Variety

      The wavelength of the laser that drives the FiberMark system can mark a wide variety of materials including stainless steel, aluminum, carbon fiber, polycarbonate, polysulphone, silicon wafers, magnesium, and more.
