Sim Crawcour is a customised souvenir specialist, supplying customers around Australia and New Zealand. Their wide and varied range of souvenir and promotional products include clothing, mugs, pens, keyrings and much more. Everything is designed in-house at their  warehouse in Tasmania, Australia.

“We decided to add a laser system after researching the market potential” says Peter Sandor, Managing Director.

Sim Crawcour has been established for over 90 years, and since its foundation in the 1920s has grown to meet market change. With such a large range of products, the company required a laser machine that could mark a variety of small product, extremely quickly.

“We were looking for a laser machine supplier with knowledge, reliability and long-term experience in the industry”, explains Peter.

Having on-site laser engraving enables the company to remain competitive with faster turnaround times and greater quality control of their products.

The company decided on the Lotus Laser Meta C4 with MK2 Conveyor Feeding System, to mark wooden and anodised metal products for the tourism and promotional market. “The laser has expanded our business, it has given us more options to satisfy our customer’s needs” said Peter.
